Job summary

Bally’s is seeking a Cage Manager to oversee all Cage and Count activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strong leadership to the Cage and Count departments. The role requires obtaining an Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission Class C license and maintaining professional guest relations.

Responsibilities include staffing, budgeting, disciplinary actions, and ensuring security of cash and reporting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain an Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission Class C license.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior guest service and lead Cage and Count departments.
• Delegate authority and assign staff schedules.
• Maintain strong cash controls and comply with regulations.
• Develop and manage departmental budget and monitor staffing levels.
• Interview, hire, and train employees; evaluate performance.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information and systems.
