Job summary

You will lead department staff, manage schedules, and control cash, while contributing to budgeting and policy adherence in a fast-paced casino environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 5 years in casino cage operations or banking preferred.
• Ability to obtain Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission Class C license.
• Excellent teamwork and guest service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible work schedule and professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Cage and Count activities and staff.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate cash handling.
• Delegate authority and schedule department staff.
• Provide hands-on leadership to Cage and Count departments.
• Develop and manage the department budget, including capital expenditure.
• Interview, hire, train, and evaluate department staff.
