Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa is seeking a Cage Cashier to control and record high-volume transactions at the cage windows, ensuring accuracy and integrity. The role requires friendly, courteous service and strict adherence to procedures in a fast-paced environment on the casino floor.

Responsibilities include processing credit and debit card advancements, cash checks, currency exchanges, balancing drawers, and entering transactions into the company system, while upholding gaming

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months to 1 year of high-volume money handling or cashiering experience.
• Strong cash handling and counting skills.
• Proficient basic math skills with ten key.
• Excellent interpersonal and team-building skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to deliver a service level which creates an atmosphere that makes guests return.
• Knowledge of company and vendor computer systems at a proficient level.
• Commitment to going above and beyond in responsibilities.
• Must present an image of enthusiasm with a professional demeanor.

Responsabilidades

• Exhibit conduct in accordance with Gaming Commission Regulations and departmental policies.
• Provide legendary guest service with respect, passion and dedication.
• Process Credit and Debit card advancements for guests.
• Cash personal checks.
• Exchange cash, chips and tickets at the cage window.
• Process all transactions accurately and with integrity.
• Balance cash drawer at the end of each shift.
• Enter patron transactions into the company computer system accurately.
• Prepare paperwork and balance sheets per Standards and Procedures.
• Adhere to department policies to maintain integrity of the Cage operation.
• Transfer cash, chips and checks between cages and/or departments.
• Comply with Federal Title 31 procedures.
• Demonstrate commitment to responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service.
• Promote positive public/team member relations and maintain a safe environment.
