Job summary

Inn of the Mountain Gods Resort & Casino seeks a supervisor to manage daily cage/main bank operations during shifts, ensuring adherence to internal controls and the policies manual. The role requires AS degree or equivalent, plus supervisory experience.

Responsibilities include overseeing cash handling, daily deposits, and regulatory reporting; ensuring security, accuracy and excellent guest service; and coordinating with team members to meet performance standards.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 4 years of job-related experience or training, or equivalent combination may be substituted.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the Main Bank Cashiers and assist with Cage Cashiers in the absence of Cage Supervisor.
• Monitor performance and adherence to Cage/Main Bank policies and procedures.
• Calculate and perform daily bank deposits and reconcile accountability for the shift.
• Maintain currency reserves and safeguard gaming chips and related documents.
• Review cash receipts and disbursements; ensure compliance with Title 31 currency reporting.
• Provide guest service; address comments/complaints promptly and professionally.
• Plan, assign and direct work; participate in performance reviews.
