Job summary

Inn of the Mountain Gods is seeking a Cage/Main Bank Supervisor to oversee daily operations during shifts, ensure compliance with the JCS, and maintain accurate cash handling. You will lead a team, enforce policies, and deliver professional guest service.

This role requires supervisory experience, familiarity with gaming cash processes, and the ability to adapt to changing conditions while upholding IMGR&C standards and attendance policies.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree (A.A.) from a college or university; or four years job-related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Mescalero Apache Tribal preference; bicultural experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance of team members, ensuring adherence to Cage/Main Bank policies, standards and procedures.
• Assist in implementing policies to improve security and efficiency.
• Calculates and performs daily bank deposits.
• Maintains Cage and Main Bank accountability and related documents and safeguards for gaming chips.
• Performs even money exchanges with other casino departments and Cage banks.
• Reviews daily cash receipts and disbursements.
• Verifies all cash turned in by operating departments.
• Maintains currency and coin reserves for daily operation and events.
• Verifies and accepts funds from soft count and reconciles accountability.
• Arbitrates conflicts within casino cage and ensures guest satisfaction.
• Assists with preparation of cage cashier weekly schedules.
• Directs work, planning and supervision; responsible for performance reviews.
• Ensures adherence to regulatory and company policies, including JCS, and maintains gaming license.
