Job Summary

The Cage Club Supervisor oversees all aspects of cashiering and the loyalty program during assigned shifts, safeguarding company assets while delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring optimal team performance. The Supervisor ensures that all high-volume cash transactions are handled accurately, securely, and in full compliance with gaming regulations.

How You Will Create the Extraordinary
  • Oversees day to day shift and/or property Cashiering, Caesars Rewards, and Check Cashing operations by ensuring monies are distributed accurately while supporting execution of marketing reinvestment strategies for the Caesars Rewards program.
  • Achieves desired results in all areas of responsibility through staff development and training programs, and established methods,proceduresand guidelines tomaintaindesired standards, and high-quality service, thenmonitorsresults through inspection,evaluationand analysis.
  • Accountability for all Team Members for day-to-day and long-term operations to include hiring,training,and developing Team Members which includes coaching, mentoring andappropriate performancemanagement up to and including separation.
  • Responsible for staffing and scheduling (planning,assigning,and directing work) to meet business demands and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Works collaboratively with other departments and leaders to complete property/corporate initiatives and achieve effectiveday to dayoperations.
  • Maintains compliance with all regulatory, departmental, and companyrequirements and policiesand procedures.
  • Presents oneself as a credit toCompanyand encourages others to do the same.
  • Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
What You Will Need

Mustpossessexcellent communication skills including tact when dealing with difficult guests, and be able to speak, read,write,and understand the English language.

Excellent interpersonal skills and organizational ability.

  • Must be proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPointand Microsoft Outlook.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
  • High School Diploma or GED Required.
  • College degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a leadership role preferred
  • Must be at least 19 years of ageto workin the Casino
  • Must be able to obtain andmaintainaNebraskaGaming License
  • Mustbe able to follow and understanddirections

Communicate appropriately with all departments and fellow team members

Ability to respond calmly and make rational decisions in stressful situations with co-workers,guestsand vendors.

Proven supervisory andproblem-solvingskills with the ability to exercise independent judgment within established policies.

  • Ability to uphold anddemonstratethe highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to lift and carry objects up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and kneel repetitively
  • Walk, stand,repetitiveuse of hands,handle or feel objects,tools,or controls; reach with hands and arms.
  • Must be able to work from a standing position and/or walking motion for extended period
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be able to accurately perform all assigned job duties in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
  • Mustbe able to work with the public in a professional manner.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the team members are constantly exposed to variable temperatures, bright flashing lights,and loud noise environment.
