Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years in casino cage operations, cashiering, banking, or high-volume cash handling.
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
  • Experience in a casino or gaming environment strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of cash-handling procedures, balancing practices, and financial controls.
  • Working knowledge of gaming regulations, Title 31, and AML requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day cage operations and supervise Cage Cashiers.
  • Ensure accurate processing of cash, chips, tickets, vouchers, checks, and other transactions.
  • Monitor cash inventories, staffing, and cage bank balancing.
  • Maintain strict security and asset protection for the cage area.
  • Train, coach, and develop Cage Cashiers; prepare schedules and assign tasks.
  • Support audits, regulatory inspections, and internal controls.
