Terrible's in Jean, NV seeks a Security Supervisor to lead Security Officers on a shift, directing daily security operations, emergency response, and incident investigations across the resort.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in security, preferably within a casino, gaming, hotel, resort, or hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership, decision‑making, investigative, and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Working knowledge of security operations, emergency procedures, and incident reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Security Operations: supervise, schedule, and deploy Officers for staffing coverage.
• Safety & Emergency Response: lead responses to medical incidents, fires, disturbances, evacuations.
• Investigations & Incident Management: investigate incidents, prepare reports, preserve evidence when required.
• Gaming & Asset Protection: enforce regulations, supervise money escorts and access to restricted areas.
• Leadership & Team Development: coach Officers, monitor performance, and coordinate with other departments.
