Job summary

Granite State Gaming & Hospitality is seeking a Cage Cashier at our Hampton, NH location. You will safeguard assets, handle cash and chips, and ensure transactions meet regulatory and company standards while delivering friendly service to guests.

Responsibilities include balancing drawers, exchanging currency, processing jackpots, maintaining records, and assisting with vault functions. Compliance with Title 31 and flexibility with schedule are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Experience in gaming or banking is advantageous.
• Strong customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Balance assigned bank drawers and maintain accurate records.
• Exchange chips, cash, and vouchers for guests in a timely, courteous manner.
• Process jackpots, table fills, credits, and credit card/EFTPOS advances.
• Maintain custody of coin, currency, checks, and all cage transaction records.
• Assist with clearing and resetting HHR machines.
• Ensure compliance with Title 31, including preparing CTRs and MTLs.
• Support other cashiers and assist the Cage Shift Manager as needed.
• Perform all vault functions and balance chip bank inventory.
