Granite State Gaming & Hospitality, LLC is seeking a Cage Cashier to safeguard assets, handle cash and chips, and ensure all transactions meet regulatory standards. You will provide friendly, efficient service to guests while maintaining confidentiality.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, possible prior gaming or banking experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a noisy, smoky environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous gaming or banking experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Balance assigned bank drawers and maintain accurate records.
• Exchange chips, cash, and vouchers for guests in a timely, courteous manner.
• Process jackpots, table fills, credits, and credit card/EFTPOS advances.
• Maintain custody of coin, currency, checks, and all cage transaction records.
• Assist with clearing and resetting HHR machines.
• Ensure compliance with Title 31, including preparing CTRs and MTLs.
• Support other cashiers and assist the Cage Shift Manager as needed.
• Perform all vault functions and balance chip bank inventory.
