The role emphasizes accuracy, discretion, and teamwork across window transactions, including cash handling, currency exchange, and check processing.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, math proficiency, and reliability.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required. Prior cashier or teller experience preferred. Good arithmetic skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pass math proficiency test as required.
• Make change accurately and process fills.
• Write receipts for payouts and other documents.
• Input and access information on computer.
• Greet patrons and provide efficient, timely service during window transactions.
• Use current technology to obtain customer credit information and coordinates work with staff.
• Maintain bank balance and clean, organized workspace.
• Complete required paperwork.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by shift supervisor.
• Handle front-money, safekeeping, currency exchange, check cashing, and credit card cash advances.
