Overview

Major Responsibility:

Complete transactions of selling and buying chips from customers.

Wage: $17.00/hour base pay, plus tips from tip pool and individual tips

Responsibilities

Other Responsibilities:

1. Acknowledge and greet customers and guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
2. Sell chips to Runners and Dealers.
3. Cash out customers.
4. Issue Dealer banks.
5. Issue Restaurant and Deli/Snack Bar Cashier banks.
6. Complete customer credit checks.
7. Assist customers with their “players bank” transactions.
8. Accept authorized markers and sell chips to players accordingly.
9. Be vigilant for counterfeit currency and report any suspicious activity to the Manager immediately.
10. Do not indicate that tips, “tokes,” or gratuities are expected for services.
11. Perform all other work-related duties as assigned by the Casino Cage Manager.
