Typical Responsibilities

  • Scanning and bagging items efficiently and accurately
  • Minimizing guest wait times while maintaining quality
  • Informing guests about brand launches, store activities, and loyalty programs
  • Assisting with digital services like Wallet, Target App, and fulfillment services
  • Handling returns, de-escalating negative situations, and recovering guest satisfaction
  • Maintaining a clean work area and stocking supplies
  • Supporting guest services like order pick-up, Drive-up, and DU returns
  • Following safety and compliance policies
  • Performing other duties as needed

Basic Requirements
