Job Summary

Summary: Perform cashier duties including transactions, cash verification, giving change, and cash reporting. May also perform general food service tasks. Maintain sanitation standards in all areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform sales transactions efficiently.
• Record all sales accurately in the cash register.
• Make change, accept various payment methods, and issue receipts.
• Handle cash refunds following standard procedures.
• Interact with customers and resolve complaints courteously.
• Manage assigned change funds and ensure cash drawer accuracy.
• Monitor customer purchases and differentiate portions.
• Replenish condiments, beverages, and supplies; maintain cleanliness.
• Keep pastry case stocked.
• Follow company standards for service, inventory, and cash control.
• Comply with sanitation, ServSafe, and safety protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
