Job Description

Executes guest monetary transactions at an assigned window bank, maintaining accurate balances of company assets while providing excellent customer service.

Handles guest and company funds accurately by processing all transactions and documentation in accordance with gaming regulations, company policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities include exchanging gaming chips and tickets, cashing checks, and processing markers and fills.

Maintains bank balance and safeguards casino cage assets during the shift.

Assists customers with filling credit applications and maintaining all customer credit files.

Issues window markers and safety deposit boxes to guests.

Enters markers, fill, and credit slips into the computer system.

Assists guests with inquiries and provides information on current promotions.

Maintains a professional appearance and keeps work stations fully stocked.

The role requires standing for most of the shift.

Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Previous experience in money handling or cashiering is preferred.
• Basic math skills and knowledge of currency.
• Ability to operate calculators, computers, and money counters.
• Must be able to bend, push, lift, and carry up to 26 pounds.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to read and speak English.
• Must obtain and maintain any necessary certifications/licenses per local gaming regulations.
