Job Description

Executes guest monetary transactions at an assigned window bank. Maintains an accurate balance count of company assets while providing excellent customer service.

Processes all transactions and documentation in accordance with gaming regulations, company policies, and procedures, ensuring accurate handling of guest and company funds.

Exchanges gaming chips and tickets, cashes checks, and processes markers and fills.

Maintains bank balance and safeguards casino cage assets during the shift.

Assists customers with filling out credit applications and maintains all customer credit files.

Issues window markers and safety deposit boxes to guests.

Enters markers, fills, and credits slips into the computer system.

Assists guests with inquiries and provides information on current promotions.

Maintains a professional appearance and ensures work stations are fully stocked.

The performance of duties requires standing for the majority of the shift.

Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Previous money handling or cashiering experience preferred.
• Basic math skills and knowledge of currency.
• Ability to operate calculators, computers, and money counters for cash and coin.
• Ability to bend, push, lift, and carry up to 26 pounds.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to read and speak English.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.
