Responsibilities

• Provides quality customer service with attention to detail.
• Oversees and participates in preparation and service of food and beverages per standards.
• Helps plan menus.
• Ensures timely, efficient meal service; supervises serving of meals.
• Responds to customer complaints in person and via email.
• Trains employees; assigns and coordinates work.
• Determines procedures, prepares schedules and expedites workflow.
• Uses systems for daily/weekly/monthly reporting (inventory, payroll, etc.).
• Responsible for cash handling per policy.
• Orders food and supplies from approved sources.
• Directs sanitation and safety in facility and staff.
• Develops sanitation schedule and enforces cleaning protocols.
• Issues written and oral instructions.
• Assists in selecting/orienting staff; oversees training.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
