• Prior food service and supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates activities of food-service staff to ensure smooth operation.
• Oversees preparation and service of food and beverages per standards for presentation, sanitation, safety and portion control.
• Ensures timely, efficient meal service and supervises serving of meals.
• Responds to customer concerns in person and via email for electronic complaints.
• Trains employees and assigns work to promote efficiency and excellence in service.
