Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or HSED required.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Preferred: Serve Safe certification.
• Three months experience in a food service capacity (preferred).
• State or local food handling requirements must be met.

Responsibilities

• Create and sustain positive working relationships with co-workers.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures.
• Ensure equipment and work areas are clean and maintained to code.
• Assist in preparation of food.
• Assist in serving food.
• Clean and maintain dining room and kitchen facilities.
• Operate dish-washing equipment.
• Fill salt, pepper and napkin dispensers after each meal.
• Assist in moving and storing supplies.
• Follow required safety guidelines.
• Attend required staff training sessions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
