Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items for student and staff meals, read recipes, assemble ingredients, cook, serve, and clean up.
• Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure safety per HACCP.
• Set up serving lines and maintain cleanliness of serving area.
• Stock supplies and monitor inventory.
• Possibly serve as cashier on a POS terminal.
• Comply with school, district, and health department policies.
• Maintain accurate work records and assist with data entry as needed.
• Attend training and meetings to enhance job knowledge.
• Provide courteous service to customers and staff.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
