Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience in food preparation or food services.
• Fundamental knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation.
• Ability to follow standardized recipes and portion control.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling meals.
• Good communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients by washing, cutting, and measuring produce.
• Safely transport pans and trays between stations while following safety protocols.
• Store food properly and rotate stock using FIFO methods.
• Follow recipes to ensure quality, temperatures, and portions.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas in compliance with safety standards.
• Set up and monitor serving lines, handle food temperatures, and assist in tray delivery.
• Stock pantry items and monitor inventory levels daily.
• Assist in meal tray preparation and delivery as needed.
• Collaborate with team to ensure efficient cafeteria operations.
