Qualifications

• 0-1 year of experience in food preparation or food services.
• Food Handler certification required.
• Arizona Health Department Sanitation or ServeSafe or state certification required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and portion food according to recipes and standards.
• Safely transport and store food, following FIFO and safety protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas.
• Set up serving line and monitor temperatures, report deviations.
• Serve customers courteously and assist with trays and deliveries.
• Record inventory, temperatures, and logs as required.
• Collaborate with team to support efficient service and safety.
