Trinity Services Group is seeking a Cook to prepare a variety of hot and cold items inside a jail/correctional facility. You will follow recipes, menus and safety guidelines while coordinating with team members to deliver meals promptly.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED and 18+ years of age.
• At least 1 year of relevant cooking experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience in a cafeteria or large-volume kitchen.
• Familiarity with cafeteria safety procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Refer to Daily Prep List at the start of each shift and complete opening and closing checklists.
• Set up workstation with ingredients and cooking equipment.
• Operate ovens, stoves, slicers, and mixers.
• Handle, label, and rotate all products following state laws.
• Stand for extended periods and be physically active.
• Collaborate with team and adapt to changes as needed.
