Job summary

Holy Cross Health is seeking a part-time Food Service Cashier at Holy Cross Hospital in Silver Spring, MD. You will ring meals, handle cash, provide customer service in the Food & Nutrition Department, maintain sanitation, and restock items.

Qualifications

• Must have or be pursuing high school diploma or equivalent.
• Four years of work-related experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak English.
• Ability to add and subtract numbers.
• Ability to handle patron complaints respectfully.

Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting money for food sold in the cafeteria.
• To prepare and display food for sale in the cafeteria.
• To maintain sanitation of all equipment within the cafeteria.
• Restocking all retail items as needed.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
