Job summary

Triumph Foods in Saint Joseph, MO is seeking an Experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee daily operations in a commercial kitchen. You will manage 10–12 staff, hire, train, discipline, and conduct terminations as needed, while ensuring food safety standards are upheld.

You will also handle menu planning, ordering, inventory, scheduling, and maintain strong relationships with clients and district leadership. This full-time role requires reliability and a solid work history.

Qualifications

• 1 year of management experience in the food service industry.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish helpful but not required.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Solid work history with work-related references.
