Job summary

Qualifications

• Sufficient training and experience to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and package food items according to procedures and portion controls.
• Maintain food service facilities and utensils in a clean and sanitary condition per HACCP.
• Prepare entrees, fruits, vegetables, sandwiches, and desserts for distribution as needed.
• Assist in receiving, storing, and rotating food items; assist with inventory activities.
• Safely operate standard food service equipment including ovens, slicers, and dishwashers.
• Maintain routine records related to assigned activities.
• Perform related duties as assigned by the Administrator.
