Responsibilities

• Prepare and package food items per established procedures and HACCP standards.
• Maintain food service facilities and equipment in a clean, sanitary condition.
• Assist with cashiering duties as assigned.
• Assist in inventory and receipt, storage and rotation of food items and supplies.
• Safely operate standard food service equipment (ovens, slicers, warmers, etc.).
• Keep routine records related to assigned activities.
• Perform related duties as assigned by the Administrator to meet building needs.
