Lv petroleum in Montgomery, AL invites you to walk-in interviews for our cafe team. Interviews are weekdays 11:00–16:00 at 980 W South Blvd. Join a fast-paced operation and learn front-of-house and kitchen basics.

Roles include Customer Service, Food Preparation, Sanitation, Cash Handling, Inventory and Teamwork. Weekly pay and benefits such as Health Care, 401(k) and paid time off are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or food service is a plus but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders, enter them into the system, and ensure customer needs are met.
• Assist customers in selecting menu items and answer questions about the menu.
• Ensure orders are prepared promptly and with quality.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when needed.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining area, kitchen, and prep areas.
• Operate cash register and process payments accurately.
• Maintain inventory and assist with stocking and receiving deliveries.
• Work with team members to ensure smooth workflow and complete tasks.
