Grand Central Bakery is seeking an enthusiastic Café Team Member to join our vibrant Seattle cafés. You will deliver outstanding service, support a welcoming environment, operate POS and prepare cafe products to Grand Central's standards.

The Part-time role requires weekend availability and flexibility across shifts. You'll work at multiple stations, help train teammates, and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive team that embodies our mission and values.

Competenze

Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to read, write, and speak English required.
Must demonstrate regular attendance by coming to work on scheduled working days and being on time.
Ability to add, subtract, and perform basic math with ease required.
Basic computer skills required.
Food service experience preferred.

Mansioni

Delivers outstanding customer service following the 3 Steps to Great Service.
Works at all stations and shifts for which trained (opening/closing, sandwich bar, pastry baking, etc).
Supports training of team members and fosters inclusivity.
Uses POS, R365, and KDS; may place orders as assigned.
Adheres to POS and cash handling procedures with accuracy.
Makes and serves cafe products to Grand Central Bakery specifications.
Maintains cleanliness and helps with bussing and cleaning duties.
Demonstrates teamwork and aligns with GCB mission and values.
