Job summary

Ballparks of America is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Food & Beverage Team Member to support operations in Branson, MO. You will handle cash transactions, assist customers, and help prepare and serve food in a fast-paced concession setting.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, operating the POS, and ensuring quality service. Prior cash-handling and customer service experience is preferred; 16+ years old required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Able to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Prior experience operating a cash register and balancing a cash drawer.
• Ability to communicate in a positive, friendly manner with patrons.
• One year of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with outstanding customer service.
• Operate electronic cash register and credit card machine.
• Perform basic mathematical computations and balance the cash drawer.
• Clean concession areas and tables; assist in preparing and serving food; fill condiments.
• Pick up in and around concession areas; wash dishes and maintain cleanliness.
• Take and record temperature of food and assist with unloading supplies.
