Ballparks of America is seeking a friendly Food & Beverage Team Member in Branson, MO for a part-time, non-exempt role. You will assist guests, operate the cash register, and help prepare and serve food at concession areas.

The position requires available weekends, nights, and holidays. Previous cash handling and customer service experience is preferred, with a focus on safety, hygiene, and positive guest interactions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must be able to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Prior experience operating a cash register and balancing a cash drawer.
• Ability to communicate in a positive, friendly manner with patrons.
• One year of customer service experience with general public preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with outstanding customer service.
• Operate an electronic cash register and credit card machine.
• Perform basic mathematical computations and balance the drawer.
• Communicate with the public in a tactful, friendly manner.
• Clean concession areas and tables; assist in preparing and serving food items.
