Job summary

Barnes & Noble is seeking a Café Team Expert in Maple Grove, MN to lead the café team and create a welcoming environment for customers. You will develop the team’s knowledge, connect data to improve sales, trends, waste, and inventory, and collaborate with the Store Manager to implement cafe action plans for desired results.

You’ll be trained to master Barnes & Noble barista operations while driving exceptional service, merchandising, and efficient store operations across shifts.
