Job summary

Bluestone Lane is seeking a Team Captain to lead the cafe team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth daily operations. The role involves overseeing shifts, training staff, handling POS activities, and maintaining store standards.

You will partner with the GM and Area GM to drive sales, optimize table turns, and uphold Bluestone Lane values. Previous hospitality supervisory experience is required; the position requires high energy and a passion for service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in hospitality or cafe operations.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Serve as manager on duty in the absence of the GM.
• Oversee daily store operations and ensure fast, friendly service.
• Coach and develop team members; ensure proper scheduling and staffing.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, waste, and inventory.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards per DOH guidelines.
