Job summary

Bluestone Lane NY LLC is hiring a Team Captain for our coffee shop. You will work behind the bar with the team, ensuring excellent service, fast transactions, and a clean, welcoming store environment.

You will mentor staff, optimize scheduling, and support the GM to drive sales and customer satisfaction. The role requires at least 3 years in hospitality, 1 year in supervision, and a strong POS background, plus health/safety certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in hospitality.
• At least 1 year of supervision experience.
• Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and attention to detail.
• Experience using a POS system.
• Health Dept Food Protection Certificate & Bluestone Lane Barista Accreditation.

Responsibilities
