Job summary

Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, is seeking a Supervisor to bolster the Residences Food & Beverage team. The role focuses on supporting daily operations, delivering personalized dining experiences to members and guests, and leading by example to uphold Four Seasons standards.

You will guide staff, ensure seamless service across Residences, and collaborate with management to meet expectations and preferences, contributing to a remarkable guest experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Passion for food, beverage, and hospitality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and spoken English required.
• Supervisory experience in F&B or hospitality is a plus.
• Knowledge of F&B service standards is preferred.

• Supporting and supervising daily operations while guiding and motivating team members
• Ensuring a welcoming, attentive, and personalized service experience for every resident and guest
• Assisting with opening and closing procedures, service flow, and adherence to Four Seasons standards within the Residences

About The Role

The Supervisor is an integral part of the Residences Food & Beverage team at Naples Beach Club, A Four Seasons Resort. The main objective of this role is to support daily Food & Beverage operations within the outlets while delivering exceptional, personalized dining experiences for our members and guests. This role is expected to lead by example, ensuring service standards are met, team members are supported, and operations run smoothly. Our goal is to enhance the residential dining experience while upholding the Four Seasons culture of excellence.

What You Will Do
