Job summary

Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, seeks a courteous server to support water service, bread, coffee, and overall guest experience in a luxury setting. You will replace silverware, set stations, and assist with clearing tables while maintaining a polished work area.

The ideal candidate has experience in fast-paced F&B, strong communication skills, and an outgoing, can-do attitude. This is a full-time role requiring English fluency and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced Food and Beverage environment, high-end restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask and coordinate with server/bar team to understand needs.
• Good communication with guests is a must.
• Confident, outgoing personality with a can-do attitude.
• Position requires standing 8+ hours and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Fluency in English and US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers by providing water, bread service, coffee and tea, and replace silverware as needed.
• Open/close side work; set stations; break down buffets and check stations as scheduled.
• Clear tables efficiently and reset for the next guests.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and organized work area.
• Provide professional, courteous guest service with eye contact and a smile.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

What You Will Do:

• Assist Servers by providing water, bread service, coffeeand tea throughout the meal to guests. Replacing silverware when necessary, clearing dirty dishes and anticipating guests’ needs, and communicating with team members before requests are made.

• Complete opening and closing side work as assigned and have all tables set according to standard. Set and maintain stations, breakdown any buffets, displays and check stations during service or as needed.

• Clear tables efficiently and quietly between guests and reset them for the specific number of guests.

• Always ensure a clean, neat, and organized work area.

• Be present and ensure that professional, courteous, and efficient guest service is offered, where each guest is greeted promptly and courteously with eye contact and a smile.

What You Bring:

• Previousexperience in a fast-paced Food and Beverage environment or related work experience required with high end restaurant experience preferred.

• A strong ability to multitask and be in constant communication with the server/bar team to understand their needs.

• This role has direct contact with guests and as such, good communication skills are a necessity.

• The ideal candidate will have a confident, outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request.

• Position requires continuous standing for 8 or more hours a day and requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Fluency in English is required for this location and this job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the United States.

Schedule & Hours:

• This is a full-time position.

• A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, with the ability to work afternoon and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
