Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Naples seeks a dedicated Supervisor for the Residences Food & Beverage team at Naples Beach Club. You will help oversee daily operations, mentor staff, and ensure personalized service that elevates the guest experience in a luxury setting.

Responsibilities

• Support and supervise daily operations while guiding and motivating team members
• Ensure a welcoming, attentive, and personalized service experience for every resident and guest
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, service flow, and adherence to Four Seasons standards within the Residences
• Act as a liaison between residents, team members, and management to ensure expectations are met
• Work closely with management and team members to maintain seamless service across the Residences
• Contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences

About the role:

The Supervisor is an integral part of the Residences Food & Beverage team at Naples Beach Club, A Four Seasons Resort. The mainobjectiveof this role is to support daily Food & Beverage operations within the outlets while delivering exceptional, personalized dining experiences for our members and guests. This role is expected to lead by example, ensuring service standards are met, team members are supported, and operations run smoothly. Our goal is to enhance the residential dining experience while upholding the Four Seasons culture of excellence.

What you will do:

• Supporting and supervising daily operations while guiding and motivating team members

What you bring:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilemaintainingstrong attention to detail
• Passion for food, beverage, and hospitality
• Strong communicationand interpersonal skills
• Fluency in reading, writing, and spoken English isrequired
• Previoussupervisory experience in Food & Beverage or hospitality is a plus
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage service standards is preferred
