Job summary

Dan's Management Co. is seeking a Senior Crew Captain to coach team members, ensure brand standards, and prepare the store for opening and closing. The role emphasizes guest service, safety, and leadership during shifts.

Qualifications

Fluent English required.
Able to count money and make change.

Basic computer and writing skills.

Responsibilities

Maintain a healthy, safe and secure environment by following and enforcing food safety, safety and sanitation guidelines and comply with all applicable State and Federal laws.
Assist in the development of employees through training and mentoring.
Assist in executing all in-restaurant marketing promotions and new product rollouts in a timely manner.
Follow and maintain quality and guest service standards including drive-through times.
Ensure guest satisfaction by providing superior customer service and prompt problem resolution to guest complaints.
Manage inventory and order food and beverages, equipment and supplies as needed.
Comply with all restaurant's brand and franchisee policies and procedures.
Performs minor equipment repair & troubleshoot. Follow email protocols to notify the maintenance department of equipment malfunctions and/or potential problems.
