Dan’s Management Co. is hiring Senior Crew Captains at Dunkin' locations in Rhode Island and Connecticut. You will coach Team Members to meet brand standards, deliver outstanding guest service, and prepare the store for opening or end-of-day closure.

You will set goals, assign tasks, and motivate colleagues while maintaining safety, inventory, and drive-through efficiency. This role supports growth through training and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Fluent in English.
• Capable of counting money and making change.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic computer and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach crew to meet brand standards and deliver guest service.
• Open/close store and manage shift tasks.
• Follow safety, sanitation guidelines and comply with laws.
• Assist in marketing promotions and product rollouts.
• Maintain drive-thru efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Manage inventory and order food/bev and supplies.
