Dan's Management Co. is hiring as a Dunkin franchisee to lead shift teams and ensure brand standards. Senior Crew Captains coach team members, help open/close the store, set goals, assign tasks, and provide timely feedback to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.

The role emphasizes safety, training, promotions, and inventory management. Evening and weekend coverage is required, with opportunities for growth and advancement within a growing Rhode Island-based franchise.

Formación

• Fluent in English.
• Capable of counting money and making change.
• Must be a minimum of 18 years old.
• Have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and motor vehicle insurance.
• Nights, weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer and writing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coach Dunkin Restaurant Team Members throughout shifts to meet brand standards and guest service expectations.
• Set goals, assign tasks, and provide timely feedback to staff.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and compliance with state and federal laws.
• Develop employees through training and mentoring.
• Execute marketing promotions and new product rollouts promptly.
• Manage inventory and order food, beverages, equipment and supplies.
