Job summary

Eataly West Palm is seeking a Café & Specialty Food Lead to supervise the day-to-day operations of the QSR counters, report to the QSR General Manager, and mentor baristas and sales associates to deliver high hospitality standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years of lead or supervisory experience in food service, strong math and money-handling skills, and knowledge of coffee production and Italian cuisine.

Qualifications

• Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and move for up to 8 hours and operate food-service equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise QSR counters, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Train, motivate, and mentor team members.
• Purchase supplies and manage inventory as directed.
• Monitor inventory, check orders, and distribute supplies.
• Handle transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Record shift notes and assist with scheduling.
• Enforce quality, health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Resolve guest incidents.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
