Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Café Leader to support the Café Leader in delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading daily operations.

You will coach team members, ensure food quality and safety, and help drive business goals while maintaining Life Time’s hospitality standards. You will collaborate to manage labor, inventory, and financial performance, while developing a high-performing café team.

Responsibilities

• Leads day-to-day café operations with focus on hospitality, service standards, and shift execution.

• Partners with Café Leader to manage labor, food costs, inventory, and financial performance.
• Supports hiring, onboarding, and development of team members to foster a service-focused culture.
• Ensures food safety, cleanliness, and Life Time brand standards on every shift.
