Life Time seeks an Assistant Café Leader to support the Café Leader in delivering guest experiences and leading daily café operations. You will coach team members, ensure food quality and safety, and drive service excellence while aligning with Life Time standards.

The role involves labor planning, inventory oversight, and collaboration with leadership to support business goals. Previous café leadership experience is preferred in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated hospitality passion and guest focus.
• Ability to coach, train, and motivate a team to meet service standards.
• Experience managing labors, costs, inventory, and financial performance.
• Familiarity with food safety, cleanliness, and Life Time standards.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day café operations with focus on hospitality and shift execution.
• Coach and develop team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and meet performance goals.
• Partner with Café Leader to manage labor, food costs, inventory, and financial performance.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing team development to build a service-driven culture.
• Ensure all food safety and Life Time brand standards on every shift.
