Qualifications

• Regular attendance and punctuality, with or without accommodation.
• Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Meet store policies and standards, including quality beverages/food, cash handling and safety.
• Six months of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to others or coordinating two+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coach team to prepare beverages and food to standard recipes.
• Ensure customer requests are fulfilled with a friendly, efficient service.
• Maintain store safety, security, and cash handling procedures.
