Job summary

SoBol North Andover seeks a shift lead to oversee café operations and ensure an excellent guest experience. Weekend availability is required; you will train staff, manage breaks, monitor staffing, and handle inquiries in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates have food service experience, strong leadership, and outstanding customer service. A positive mindset and reliable transportation are essential for success in this role, with compensation starting at $16/hour plus tips.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service.
• Excellent customer service.

• ServSafe Food Handler's License preferred.
• Must have own transportation.
• Availability must include Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
• Must be 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Trains staff, facilitates breaks, and monitors staffing levels.
• Oversees stock levels.
• Ensures neatness, cleanliness and order of the facility.
• Handles customer inquiries and greets customers.
• Solves or escalates customer, employee and operational issues.
• Ensures compliance with food standards and company procedures.
• Delegates tasks and drives prompt completion.
• Other tasks as assigned.
