Job summary

SoBol North Andover seeks a shift lead to oversee café operations and ensure an excellent guest experience. Weekend availability is required; you will train staff, manage breaks, monitor staffing, and handle inquiries in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Ensures neatness, cleanliness and order of the facility.
• Handles customer inquiries and greets customers.
• Solves or escalates customer, employee and operational issues.
• Ensures compliance with food standards and company procedures.
• Delegates tasks and drives prompt completion.
• Other tasks as assigned.

SoBol North Andover is currently seeking shift leads to join our team. SoBol provides the community with delicious acai bowls and fruit smoothies in a fun, upbeat café with a beachy vibe. At SoBol, shift leads will oversee the café's efficient operations, ensure required tasks are completed, and make sure restaurant patrons have a great experience. Weekend availability is required. Strong work ethic and positive mindset are a must!

Typical job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Trains staff, facilitates breaks, and monitors staffing levels
• Oversees stock levels
• Ensures the neatness, cleanliness, and orderliness of the facility
• Handles customer inquiries
• Greet customers
• Solve or escape customer, employee, and operational issues
• Ensures compliance with established food standards, food quality, preparation, and company policies and operating procedures, including following company procedures and checklists
• Delegate and get things done promptly
• Other tasks as assigned
