Job summary

The Ranch at Laguna Beach is seeking a dedicated food and beverage supervisor to lead service staff and ensure top-quality guest experiences in a fine dining, resort setting. You will oversee service standards, coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams, and uphold grooming and appearance policies.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in F&B, with at least 1 year in supervision, and experience in high-end hospitality.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education required.
• Minimum of three years food and beverage service background with at least one year restaurant supervision or management.
• Experience in a fine dining hotel/resort environment preferred.
• Grooming and appearance per Ranch standards.

Responsibilities

• Attend daily lineups to set grooming guidelines and station allocation.
• Ensure meals are served professionally and promptly by coordinating with kitchen and order takers.
• Handle guest complaints professionally.
• Monitor setup and maintenance of service area.
• Interact with guests to promote The Ranch facilities and services.
• Coordinate reservations and communicate with departments.
