Job summary

The Ranch At Laguna Beach is seeking an experienced server with strong guest service skills to provide courteous, efficient dining support in a full‑service resort restaurant. You will clear and set tables, run food as needed, and coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure a premium guest experience.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in food and beverage, including 1+ year in supervision, and maintain impeccable grooming. A flexible schedule and hotel/resort experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years food and beverage service background and with at least one year restaurant supervisor or management required.
• Grooming: neat, clean and well-groomed appearance per The Ranch standards.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Attend daily line ups to set grooming guidelines and station allocation.
• Ensure meals are served professionally and timely by circulating and coordinating with kitchen and order takers.
• Handle guest complaints in a friendly and professional manner.
• Monitor set up and maintenance of service area to meet standards.
• Interact with customers promoting The Ranch facilities and services.
• Assist in completing reports on production and requisitions.
• Assist with reservations documentation.
