Job summary

The Ranch at Laguna Beach is seeking a friendly and energetic Food & Beverage server to take orders, deliver timely service, and ensure guests have a memorable visit. You will handle orders, payments, and upsell house specialties while keeping dining areas clean and organized.

Experience in cashiering and customer service is preferred. Must be neat in appearance and able to work varying shifts, outdoors and indoors, to support guest comfort and safety throughout their visit.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education required.
• Cashiering and Customer service experience preferred.
• Food Handlers certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and serve all food and beverage requests using suggestive selling techniques.
• Control guest checks and secure payment by handling cash and credit cards.
• Clear tables upon guest departure and refill condiment stations as needed.
• Set up umbrellas, wipe tables and sweep patio to keep area clean.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by Outlet Supervisor and Manager.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and servicing equipment.
