Job summary

Ko-Kwel Casino Resort on Oregon's southern coast seeks a bar team member to greet guests, keep the bar stocked, and support bartenders and servers. You’ll help ensure a welcoming, fast-paced atmosphere with a focus on safety and guest satisfaction.

Applicants should be at least 21, possess a valid OLCC permit and food handler's card, and be comfortable working weekends and evenings in a lively casino environment. Teamwork and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
• Must have valid OLCC permit and working knowledge of OLCC regulations.
• Must have a food handler's card and meet health, safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision and handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the door and help manage entry to the bar area.
• Keep the bar stocked, clean, and inviting to ensure smooth service.
• Support bartenders and cocktail servers as needed to maintain flow.
• Check IDs with professionalism and maintain guest safety at all times.
• Buss tables, rotate glassware, and handle dishes to keep the bar ready for the next round.
• Communicate clearly with guests and teammates to ensure a seamless experience.
